Taking away language barriers by confronting them in an impressive app.

Start ups foremost have brilliant ideas, but their lack of capital/investors and/or reaching market demand might form a big hurdle into becoming a successful and viable business.

You know that we’re talking positive, so how about an app which will enable a lot of people to talk to each other in DIFFERENT LANGUAGES?

You read it right. Let’s say I’d love to learn Japanese. Speaking and trying is the best exercise and I’d rather watch hentai (don’t google that, I warned you) than reading boring grammar rules prior to opening my mouth. Unfortunately, sometimes it can be that black and white.

Hello Pal tackles these problems by allowing you to speak a foreign language by using a phrasebook, in a social network of foreign speakers.

Hello Pal’s mission is to bring the world closer together by helping eliminate one of the key obstacles to mutual understanding between people – the language barrier. By creating a platform where it is easy to instantly interact with others around the world, and giving them the tools to communicate with each other in a joyful and fun way, we hope to do our part (however small) in fostering understanding and tolerance between all citizens of the world.

If you’re just as excited as we are, you probably are reading this with your mouth open. Don’t worry, let’s get into a little bit more detail by applying a critical view.

So are you into languages and want to try something different than Duolingo? This might be a great opportunity! We are going to try it anyways and are curious about your experience and progress.
